Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of embroidered and decorated items, all sales are final once production has begun.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued if an error was made by our business and reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.

• Customers must approve digital proofs before production. We are not responsible for errors that were approved prior to production.

• We do not guarantee replacement of customer-supplied garments.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the matter.
